This is how a project goes with us, from the first conversation to the handover.

Introduction
You contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form. Tell us briefly what you want to do, where the house is and when you would like to start.

Site visit
We visit the site, measure up and look at the condition of the house. Together we go through what is possible and which choices you need to make.

Quote
You receive a clear quote describing the work, the price, the VAT rate and the planning. Questions? We are happy to go through them with you.

Execution
Once you agree, we start. We work neatly, set everything out with a laser and keep you informed. Extra work only happens after your approval.

Handover
At the end we go through everything together. If something can be better, we put it right until you are satisfied.
Frequently asked questions.
Is requesting a quote free?
Yes. Requesting a quote costs nothing and does not oblige you to anything.
Do I pay 6% or 21% VAT?
For renovating a private home first occupied at least 10 years ago and mainly used privately after the works, 6% VAT usually applies if we invoice you directly. Otherwise it is 21%. We state the rate on the quote and the invoice.
Which area do you work in?
We work in Kruibeke and the surrounding area, including Bazel, Rupelmonde, Burcht, Zwijndrecht, Beveren, Temse, Antwerpen. Live just outside it? Just ask.
How long does a renovation take?
That depends on the size of the project and the delivery time of materials. The expected planning is always in your quote.
Do I have to choose all materials myself?
We help you think about materials and finishes, but you decide. That way the result fits your taste and budget.
Do you arrange permits?
Whether a permit or notification is needed depends on the work and your municipality. We discuss that during the site visit.
When are you available?
On weekdays from 07:00. We are closed at the weekend, but we answer WhatsApp messages and emails as soon as we can.
