A good renovation starts with careful demolition. We clear the space so the new work can start on a sound base.
We demolish indoors and out: old tiles and floors, non-load-bearing walls, bathrooms and kitchens, as well as terraces and garden sheds. We work carefully, so what should stay really stays.
Does a load-bearing wall need to go? Then we combine the demolition with installing a steel beam. How rubble and waste are removed is agreed beforehand in the quote.
After the strip-out, the walls were made smooth again.
