What we do for you.
A full renovation is more than a series of separate jobs. We look at your home as a whole and plan the work in the right order: first strip-out and structural work, then services, then the finish.
Because we demolish, lay bricks, plaster, tile and paint ourselves, every step connects to the last. Especially when you buy a house or want a thorough renovation, that saves time, worry and duplicate work.

Frequently asked questions.
Do I pay 6% or 21% VAT on a renovation?
For a private home first occupied at least 10 years ago that is mainly used as a private home after the works, 6% VAT usually applies, provided we invoice you directly as the end user. Otherwise it is 21%. We state the correct rate on the quote and the invoice.
Can I keep living in the house during the works?
That depends on the scope of the work. During the site visit we look together at what is feasible and how we keep disruption to a minimum.
What does a full renovation cost?
That depends entirely on your home and your wishes. After a site visit you receive a clear quote with price and planning.
